Biography
". Nikos Nikolaou was born in Hydra in 1909. In 1929 he entered the FacultyAof Fine Arts of Athens where he studied until 1936 painting. In 1937he went as a scholar first to Rome and afterwards to Paris where he studied at the University of Fine Arts painting, mural while he also took courses of mosaic. Returning to Greece he engaged in mural scenography while in 1960 he settled in Aegina. In 1964 he became professor at the [ASKT] University of Fine Arts where he taught until 1974. He died in Athens in 1986. "
