Description
One of the subjects that the painter processed with real perseverance in the all duration of his long-lasting course is that of [chionismenoy] landscape. The himself in deed admits that: "The snow moves me particularly? wanted I attribute this simplicity that exists in the landscape of winter, simplicity in the form and in the colour". In this work snow has submerged everything: the [ftochika] rural houses of small village, the streets, the trees that are distinguished faintly in the depth. The unique human presence that [prochora] [skyfti] in t o snowball, strengthens the sense of loneliness and the [aperittis] magnificence of white setting.
