Description
Ένα γραφικό σοκάκι της πόλης του Ναυπλίου συνοψίζει την πλούσια ιστορία του χώρου.Εκατέρωθεν ενός στενού βοτσαλωτού δρόμου, υψώνονται διάφορων ειδών κτίσματα, από μικρά χαμηλά σπιτάκια μέχρι τριώροφα νεοκλασικά και μουσουλμανικά κτίσματα, όπως ο μιναρές στο βάθος.Στο μέσο περίπου του δρόμου, εικονίζεται μια γυναικεία μορφή που αγκαλιάζει ένα μικρό παιδί.Τη σύνθεση χαρακτηρίζει έντονη τυποποίηση των σχημάτων που σκοπό έχει να τονίσει τη γραφικότητα του χώρου.Ο χρωματισμός είναι εξαιρετικά φυσικός, στους γήινους τόνους της ώχρας και του καφέ, αλλά και στους τόνους του γκρι, του πράσινου και του καθαρού γαλάζιου του ουρανού.
