Description
Colorful boats with sails are anchored in the small port which is formed by the low angular breakwater.The sea outside the wall of the harbor is chopping with weak waves striking on the few rocks.On the same time, there are three human figures in the small part of the wharf.At the background, the horizon seems closed by mountain ranges with pink color.This depiction creates impression as in the rest part of the painting there is an effort of exact attribution of visual reality, albeit the fact that there is a weakness in the design.Nevertheless,the painter's intention is to give a sweet dusk near the sea.
