Description
The print belongs to the category of Galanis works which is made with the so-called black technique of oxyografy that the artist begun to implement in 1923.The young woman is lying diagonally. The body is characterized by plasticity, while the vital statistics are depicted in a more physical way in comparison with the other bare points. In this contributes mainly the pose of the body. Like the other nudes made with the black technique, there is a diffusion of the body's outline, leading to the assimilation of the figure by the background.
