Municipality of Larissa
Description
The painting has an austere structure and presents all the familiar and favorites patterns of the great Greek sea painter: the boat, the calm sea landscape, the night. The artist approaches the subject of the painting with a romantic mood and this element is reflected in many of his creations. The light of the moon serves both subsidiary to "catch' that mood and to avoid monotony.
