Municipality of Larissa
Description
The sea area is developed at the first level.There is a small wooden platform and at the left and right of it there are small or bigger boats. A child figure at the left gives a tone of sensitivity to the work,while there are various other human figures behind it. Apart from the sea there is a hill. Over the hill there is a number of buildings that are not depicted clearly. The color of the sky is hazy and the painting is not generally characterized by the light and the glossy color. Finally, the calm sea is consistent with the calm and dreamy mood of the painting.
