n the footprints of French painters, as Jean-Fran?ois Millet (1814-1875) but also Van Gogh (1853-1890), o [Gioldasis] turns his look in the simple rural life, in the daily occupations of [doyleyton] ground, men and women, and give scenes full authenticity of feeling and genuine lyricism. Exceptional sample of this scenes constitutes the "Landscape with shepherd", where persons and animals coexist harmoniously in t o idyllic natural setting. For one more time the horizon is placed enough low, so as to is given wide field of growth in the mountains and the sky that is molded with masterly [gkrizogalanes] [antaygeies].
