Description
A group of Pontian musicians and dancers are organised in a thick complexion that develops along a horizontal composition. The variety of positions and the movement of the figuresas well as the estimated gaps among them ad a special rhythm to the picture. Distinctive is their drawing in a folklore manner with the continual black outlines and the simlified surfaces. the parallel engravings that attribute the shadings in the internal part of the figures and the narrow part that surrounds them add to their exaggeration. The rest of the space is left empty and unprocessed and the composition reminds of a sketch with coal.
