Description
A rocky shore constitutes the subject of the serene seaman landscape.The right side of the drawing space is covered almost entirely by rocks that begin abruptly from uphigh and go down low all the way to the cove. The sea is calm even if the horizon is shaded by clouds, that however let the light that is diffused in the Landscape pass.The work is based on the basic opposition between the surface of cut into pieces rocks, which is not though outlined in detail, and the almost united surface of the sea and sky.
