Description
A composition of trays and quince is portrayed. Placed on a surface from the left to the center the silver platter is depicted which has a smaller cup.On the right and behind the tray is a deep dish with quince. A quince is depicted outside the plate.The depth is neutral and with grey shades.The light falls from the left an lightens the fruits flesh.The work reminds similar academic compositions but has an intense element of impressionism concerning light usage.
