Description
The subject of this picture is a female nude, that it is pictured standing until the middle roughly, and is presented on a neutral and level background. The head of the figure is round and it is turned light to right, while her characteristics follow the general type of forms by Sikeliotis: big sidelong eyes and fleshy lips. One continuous black curve watches the outline and formes are analyzed in extensive and level surfaces. The pearl beads on the neck, from which a cross is hanging, constitute a unique decoration of this sensual and vigorous nudity.
