Municipality of Larissa
Description
It is one more view of structured space in some island of the Aegean. The central department of the composition possesses a paved back street, at both sides of which the subjects of the houses are developed. These are attributed abstractively as geometric level surfaces and are described from stressed horizontal and vertical lines. The lines are thin and thicken only in the region of paving. The linear, even though not always , reliable, prospect organisation prompts the look until the depth, but there the frontal growth of buildings impedes its course. The last one, in combination with the more general shaping ] of the picture, takes the work away from naturalistic landscaping.
