Description
In the footprints of French painters of countryside, as Jean-Fran?ois Millet (1814-1875) but also Van Gogh (1853-1890), o [Gioldasis] did not hesitate it turns his look in the simple rural life, in the daily occupations of [akamaton] [doyleyton] ground, men and women, and give scenes full authenticity of feeling and genuine lyricism. Exceptional sample of this scenes constitutes the "Rural courtyard", in which, the ground, the persons and the animals they coexist harmoniously. As characteristically writes Fotis [Bogiatzis] for the painter in his study, in 1976: "Nothing sharp, hard and incompatible does not come it disturbs the peacefulness of scene and the calm of nature. Everything live in a balanced environment, in a harmonious light".
