Registration Mytaras Dimitris
(1934-2017)
Biography
Dimitris Mytaras was born in Chalcida in 1934. He studied painting at the University of Fine Arts from 1953 until 1957. Afterwards he studied stage design in Paris and at the same time he attended courses of interior decoration. With his return to Athens in 1964 he undertakes the direction of the Studio of Interior Decoration at the ATI. In 1969 he is appointed assistant at the studio of painting at the university of Fine Arts where in 1977 he was elected regular professor. From an early time he engaged in stage design costume desing in theatre.
