Biography
"Orestes Kanellis was born in 1910 in Smyrni. After he completed his high school studiesMytilini]he studied for two years at the medical faculty of the University of Athens. He discontinued them however in order to go to Paris where for two years he was frequent in free faculties. After the war he travelled to many European countries. It participated in the figurative life of Athens, writing and texts on art and art critics. He died in Athens in 1979."
