Registration Georgiadis Andreas Kris
(1892-1981)
Biography
Andreas Georgiadis Kris was born in 1892 in Chania Crete. In 1907 he came to Athens and in 1912 entered in the third year of studies the Faculty of Fine Arts. Ihe discontinued his studies in order to classify as a volunteer in the Balkan Wars. He continued from 1916 until 1923. Getting the first reward of Averofeio competition of EMP he went to Paris where he finished his studies. In 1947 he became professor at the ASKT where he taught until 1961. He died in Athens in 1981.
